ChartHouse offers a friendly and experienced IT and technical support service, both as a call-out service and via our telephone helpdesk in cases where an on-site visit is not required. Every one of our technical support agents is well-experienced in a wide range of computer-related issues, and will endevour to solve or answer your query as quickly and efficiently as possible, also explaining what's happened, what's been done, and how to avoid similar problems in the future.
Our support team is based in Ferndown, Dorset, and offers a call-out service to Poole, Bournemouth, Ringwood and the surrounding area. Visits to further afield can be arranged - contact us to find out more.
